Intro
Below are a selection of branding projects I’ve had the opportunity to work on, ranging from full brand identity development to evolving and expanding existing visual systems. Each project was crafted with intentional strategy, cohesive design, and a strong focus on the client’s unique goals and audience.
Branding & Marketing
Sparks Group Brand Evolution
During my time at Ironpaper, I had the opportunity to lead a brand evolution project for Sparks Group, a long-time staffing and recruiting client. After years of considering a refresh, they were ready to reimagine their brand in 2024.
I facilitated a brand workshop to uncover their goals and vision, then worked with the team to develop two creative directions based on our research. Once the direction was selected, I designed lead generation assets—including digital ads and content offers—that brought the new brand to life. Because Ironpaper is a growth marketing agency, we were able to measure the performance of these assets and use real campaign data to validate design decisions and optimize future work.
The Sparks team quickly embraced the new identity and began rolling it out across their marketing efforts and website. As the client later transitioned to another designer, I helped ensure a smooth handoff and supported the translation of the new brand into the web experience.
This project was especially rewarding because it combined branding, marketing, and measurable business impact. Seeing the evolved identity generate leads and influence future design decisions made it one of my favorite projects.
Marketing
Ads and Content Offer
Before the project transitioned to another designer, I created an initial suite of digital ads, several lead-generation ebooks, and design guidelines to establish the new visual direction. After testing these assets against the previous creative, the team saw immediate improvements in campaign performance, validating the effectiveness of the refreshed brand.
